Don and Elaine Lanier
After ten years in the family business, a wholesale produce and
refrigerated trucking company, Don and Elaine joined The Navigators in
1967. They have served in various national leadership roles and have
ministered extensively internationally. Don and Elaine live in Colorado
Springs where they minister with the People Resources Team and Don
serves as Director of Staff Development. They are one of the founding
couples of Second Half Ministries. Don and Elaine have two adult
children and three grandchildren.
Dave and Terri Legg
In 1972 Dave resigned his military commission and he and Terri joined
The Navigators. They currently live in Colorado Springs where Dave
serves as Navigator Vice President for People Resources, a human
resource function that involves staff care, development and training
for Navigator field staff. Dave and Terri are one of founding couples
for Second Half Ministries. They have three adult children and five
grandchildren.
Terry and Carol Taylor
Terry and Carol Taylor came from Orlando, Florida where Terry practiced
Optometry. They have served Christ with The Navigators since 1971.
Terry served as U.S. President of The Navigators from 1984 to 1997.
Terry and Carol are one of the founding couples for Second Half
Ministries. They live in Colorado Springs and have three adult children
and seven grandchildren.

Bill and Julie Zimmer
Since Bill retired as CEO of his own industrial property development and management firm, he and Julie have served in various volunteer, civic, church and business responsibilities. Julie has published non-fiction children's books. Bill and Julie are now Associate Staff with The Navigators and serve on the Second Half Ministries team. They reside in Kansas City and have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
