Description: 3 long-term couples needed to commit to 8-10 years strengthening and expanding existing long-term  urban teams.  Must learn Russian, and experience with Navs style of ministry essential.   Live in apartments, adapt to dynamics of changing politics and society, and focus on outreach to students and recent alumni.
