Community Ministry

One individual or couple is needed to serve as a business manager for Mission: Moving Mountains Uganda, a Ugandan-led organization with strong Navigator connections.  M:MM Uganda uses Discipling for Development, a whole-life approach to discipling aimed at the transformation of entire communities.  The spirtual and physical impact of M:MM Uganda in the local region is remarkable. 

This role will involve building the ministry capacity of Mission: Moving Mountains Uganda by working closely with the director to set up systems (accounting, filing, computers, etc.) to better leverage the capacity of the staff and work going on there.  The role will involve training Ugandan staff in these new systems and potentially coordinating trips of others from Africa or the US who would come to visit and learn from the work in Uganda.
