Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with the Lord
- To be available to serve or assist the country leader
- Be located near team leaders and the universities where they are active
- Actively/often participating in the weekly team meetings
- Making life choices for the better of the team and vision of the ministry
- Making friends with local believers and non-believers
- Maintaining a healthy financial base through donor emails/contacts/letters
- Regularly attending a local body of believers
- Focusing on the demographic of students/young professionals
- Summer before arrival attending summer session of ISLC.
- Partnering with the country leader in English language classes, sharing the Gospel through strategic discussions, following up with initiative into the lives of those who respond
Expectations:
-Committed to working together for the advancement of the Gospel. They share their homes/lives with those they meet
- Teachable spirits and a willingness to try new things
- To have a lot of fun and laughter at oneself as we cheer each other on in a foreign culture
- Passionate to see God's hand working in the lives of the people they get to know
- Willing to talk and address conflicts and unmet expectations on the team
- Values discipline and self-motivation
