Oversee the operations and spiritual discipleship for the Jesus Industrial School in Canchungo, Guinea Bissau, as a member of the FLAME ministry. The school focus is training nationals in education and discipling them in spiritual life. Local team will be made up of both FLAME and Navigator missionaries.

Must be a follower of Christ, and have a passion for lost souls. Should be a visionary, committed to the vision of FLAME, and able to accept God’s vision for the furtherance of FLAME.

Should have organizational, administrative, and computer skills, and able to work in harmony with people, while assisting in development of a school. Should be interested in learning and adjusting to the culture, and must learn the Portuguese Kiriol language. Should be in good health and able to stand climate with hot temperatures.

In this position, one should build relationships with the people of Guinea Bissau and especially in the area(s) where Jesus’ Industrial School(s) are located. Will oversee the work of the Guinean Coordinator and Headmaster(s), as well as construction and set up operation of school through the Guinean Coordinator. Should be a good communicator. Should be focused on building a spirit of independence in the nationals directing operations in the organization and the schools.Will disciple teachers and others involved with the school.

Fundraising is required.
