On-field Shepherding

Experienced field and Home Team leaders visit staff in their ministry contexts, maintaining connections between field teams and the US Home Team, praying and working on behalf of our staff. Short-, mid-, and long-term coordinators are also available for questions, concerns, and just talking.  Most of our Home Team members have been in similar situations.

Debriefing

When coming home from the field, whether for a short time or permanently, it's important for field staff to process their experiences: the highs, lows, and day-to-days of their ministries.  We provide a safe environment for story sharing, by facilitating and listening in a small group setting.

Family Gathering

The Family Gathering is an annual retreat for overseas workers.  Every year, dozens of singles, couples, and families come to Colorado Springs for a chance to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with their Navigator family.  Adults can attend seminars and topical studies, while children and teens have fun and teaching with other kids who've gone through experiences like theirs.
