Welcome to the Seattle Metro Mission

In Seattle, we emphasize relationships over programs and intimacy over formality. We seek to develop a culture of rich, life-on-life involvement that develops generations of thriving men and women incarnating Jesus right where they are.

In Seattle, we are not so much about programs and activities, but friends on a mission. Such people can operate virtually anywhere. Friends like that live out the good news of Christ in the neighborhood, workplace, local church, and in other affinity groups. We are  about "going and being" versus "coming and seeing." At the same time, we consider the home to be a significant location for ministry.

In Seattle,  we seek to serve a movement of small groups of friends, living as family and taking the good news of Christ into their world and beyond. That means that the Metro Mission is closely linked to ministries on the college campuses, military bases, among 20-somethings, and in the diversity of ethnic groups that make up our city.

In Seattle, we recognize that we are one element in the great work of God in this world. As a part of The Navigators, and their Metro Mission, we are committed to helping people like you here in Seattle live out the good news together in the context of wherever God has placed you. If you have a heart for having a spiritual impact in your world, we’d love to have you join with us.
