The Gathering
The Gathering is our monthly All-Glen meeting, usually second Tuesday
of the month. It's a great way to hear about what's happening
all over the Glen. Join us to worship and laugh with your fellow Glen
employees and volunteers.
When: 2nd Tuesday of every month (changes will be posted here)
Time: 10 AM - noon
Where: Glen Eyrie (contact volunteer dept for location)
Bring: Yourself!
Volunteer Potluck!
Please join us for the Volunteer potluck held the first Thursday of the
month in 2008. Enjoy great food and fellowship. This is a wonderful
chance for staff and volunteers to meet and get to know each other. We
also extend the invitation to potential volunteers to come and find out
about our ministry.
When: June 5, 2008
Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Where: Glen Eyrie, Oaks Lounge (directions)
Bring: A dish that serves 5-6 people (we will provide drinks and service ware)

CALLING ALL GARDENERS!
What: Planting Days!
When: Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24 (please call for times)
Where: Glen Eyrie Gardens
If you have a heart for The Glen, even a slightly
green thumb, and would enjoy creating beauty in this place, then
consider joining this enthusiastic effort! Your presence in the gardens
would give you opportunity to enhance the ministry of Glen Eyrie and
interact with appreciative Glen Eyrie guests. If you would be able to
give a couple of hours a week, or even a few hours a month to help in
the gardens, you would make a very meaningful contribution.
Our Volunteer Gardeners will be “storming the castle” these two
days with flowers galore! Please consider coming by for part of
the time to help them dig, plant, and have some fun!
