Who should I make my check out to? Checks should be made out to The Navigators. Per Colorado State Laws, any 501(c)3 organization whose attendees are reimbursing the organization for conference expenses will be deemed taxable. Any organization paying for the conference expenses in full and not being reimbursed by attendees will be deemed non-taxable. What's the weather like in Colorado Springs? Colorado Springs boasts an average of 300 sunny days each year. Typically mild, average temperatures do fluctuate. From October to May, our average temperature ranges from 16F to 76F. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover; we do not accept American Express. All guests are required to present a valid credit card at time of check-in. Are group deposits required? For all groups staying overnight as part of a conference, retreat, or reunion, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time the contract is signed. For day events, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time the contract is signed. What are the gate hours? Our Gatehouse operates 7 a.m. to midnight, daily.
