Standard FAP pricing package includes:
- Overnight accommodations
- Choose from 97 rooms across the property, ranging from dorm-style Economy to Premier Castle suites.
- Three Chef's Choice meals
- Served in the King James Dining Room at Glen Eyrie Castle.
- A daily beverage break
- Served to your meeting room at your specified time.
- Use of our amenities
- Includes hiking/biking trails, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts (equipment available for check-out at the Carriage House Front Desk).
- A professional conference planner
- One of our expert planners will coordinate all the details to ensure the success of your conference at Glen Eyrie.
MEALS
Each of our meals is freshly prepared on-site by our award-winning executive chefs, and served buffet-style in the King James Dining Room of the Castle. To enhance your experience, you may choose to have a private plated dinner during your stay.
Beverage and Snack Breaks:
As part of our FAP, a beverage break will be delivered to your meeting room at the time of your choosing and includes:
- Regular and decaf coffees
- A variety of herbal teas
- An assortment of soft drinks and juices
Snack break upgrades include beverages as well as a snack appropriate for the time of day. Please inquire about customizing a snack break for your group. Available snacks include:
