When the Navigators purchased the Glen Eyrie property in 1953, they believed God was calling them to specifically use the estate to minister to current and future leaders in the Kingdom. The peaceful and beautiful grounds serve as a place of rest and rejuvenation, a reminder of the importance of stillness and prayer as we serve. The conferences and training programs held on our grounds throughout the year motivate and reenergize us with knowledge of God’s truth and love. Both aspects of the Glen Eyrie ministry, the property and the programs, perfectly align with and enrich the mission of the Navigators: To know Christ and make Him known. Since 2003, Glen Eyrie's focus has been bringing top-quality, Christ-centered adult and family retreats and events to our property. Each topic and speaker is carefully considered and prayed over, and God has blessed our reliance on Him by allowing lives to be changed through our retreats.
