Chuck and Ellen Broughton
Chuck Broughton met the navigators in 1961-62 and joined the staff in 1968. He and his wife Ellen, have served in student, church, and community ministries both in the U.S and overseas. In addition to training and supervising staff around the world, Chuck has served as the Administrative Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as the Asia Regional Ministry Facilitator. Chuck is currently involved as the project director for a new Urban-Oriented Discipleship Bible Study series for Nav Press.
Living in several overseas cultures has motivated Chuck to be active in intercultural training with CoMission, to help the Navigators' International Minstries Group prepare new Nav missionaries, and now to work with Eddie as a part of the Cultural Affairs team. Chuck and Ellen have three boys.
