We are focused on ministry to Asian Americans from immigrant to 6th generation and from ethnic specific to pan-Asian communities.
Summer Missions Opportunities
AAM colaborates with The Navigator's International Mission Group (IMG) which sponsors mission opportunities worldwide every summer. AAM has special relationships with The Navigators in Asia.
We especially like to see Asian Americans receive evangelism, follow-up, and cross-cultural training with The Navs in Asia.

Staff Training and Leadership Development
Laborers and Leaders are essential to help pioneer this work. We offer leadership development ministries in California, Maryland and Washington. Intern Trainees have options of full-time to part-time positions and donor-supported to self-supported. Requirements for interns are:
