THE VISION
To create a national movement of Relational Networks engaged in purposeful evangelism and whole-life discipleship of African Americans.

-  To engage all persons of African descent throughout urban and suburban areas, on college campuses and on military installations.

Relational Networks characterized by the emergence of vibrant, hope-filled communities of strong, healthy convert disciples and Disciplemaking Leaders.

Disciplemaking Leaders intentionally engaged with one another, effecting selfless commitment to the entirety of the Gospel, while consistently catalyzed through relational training at the Congress and City-Wide Coaching Seminars.

THE MISSION
To dramatically increase both the number and the fruitfulness of African American Disciplemaking Leaders of both staff and bi-vocational lay leaders, who will team together to lead generational ministries throughout the U.S. Navigator work within the next decade.
