THE VISION
To create a national movement of Relational Networks engaged in purposeful evangelism and whole-life discipleship of African Americans.

-  To engage all persons of African descent throughout urban and suburban areas, on college campuses and on military installations.

-  Relational Networks characterized by the emergence of vibrant, hope-filled communities of strong, healthy convert disciples and Disciplemaking Leaders.

-  Disciplemaking Leaders intentionally engaged with one another, effecting selfless commitment to the entirety of the Gospel, while consistently catalyzed through relational training at the Congress and City-Wide Coaching Seminars.


THE MISSION
To dramatically increase both the number and the fruitfulness of African American Disciplemaking Leaders of both staff and bi-vocational lay leaders, who will team together to lead generational ministries throughout the U.S. Navigator work within the next decade.
