The Face of America is changing. Today one third of the population of the United States is made up of ethnic minorities—100 million people! By 2042 the ethnic minority in America will become the majority.

There is a vast ethnic harvest in America that is hungry to know our heavenly Father. Harsh realities bring unique challenges to the movement of the Gospel, but working together our four ethnic network ministries are making inroads to reach the ethnic harvest in America.

As of September 1, 2011 the Spectrum Mission completed its transition from a distinct Mission within The Navigators into four ethnic networks integrated into the mission structure.  This transition facilitates the ability of our ethnic networks to create new capacity for growth and expansion as we develop healthy ethnic-specific networks among our Navigator Missions and Ministries.  Our commitment to the increasing opportunity to reach the Nations in our Nation remains at the front and center of our Calling.
