Full-Time Employment

Eagle Lake is always looking for dedicated people who are interested in pursuing ministry full-time within the camping industry. If you are interested in applying for a full-time position with Eagle Lake, here are some things you should know:

• All of our staff raise 100 percent of their own financial support. Our ministry is not-for-profit and we have few funds to allocate for personal salaries.
• We wear many hats. None of us has one job and one job only in which we function; we are a multi-faceted staff with one central vision: "to personally inspire and equip youth to love and live like Christ."
• We do not offer short-term ministry opportunities. With the exception of Eagle Lake summer staff, we are looking for those desiring to go the long-haul as it pertains to a life of ministry.
• We typically (although it is not a requirement) hire internally. Due to the unique demands of our full-time positions, it is helpful to have worked in a summer staff position before joining our full-time staff
