Service Crew

Ages 14-18, 5 weeks, $375 (see schedule below for details)

As a member of Service Crew, you will serve in a wide variety of areas around camp, each of which is vital to keeping our Eagle Lake programs running smoothly. You’ll spend each week on one of four Service Crew rotations: Indoor Crew, Outdoor Crew, Office Crew, or Store Crew.

Indoor Service Crew

As part of Indoor Crew, you’ll serve meals (prepared by the Kitchen staff) to campers and staff; you will help clean up after meals by sweeping and mopping the dinning hall, wiping down tables, and washing dishes; you’ll clean bathrooms in the various buildings around camp. By serving camp in these areas, you help provide opportunities for counselors to minister to and serve their campers.

Outdoor Service Crew

As part of Outdoor Crew, you will perform various outside maintenance projects that serve to keep camp looking great! Outdoor crew includes jobs such as fixing fences, digging new trails, weekly trash runs, and other various projects. With such a high volume of energetic campers coming onto the property each week, we depend on the Outdoor Crew to keep camp well-maintained.

Office Crew

As part of Office Crew, you’ll contribute to and experience what it takes to keep camp running from a big-picture perspective. Put your administrative skills into practice as you help the office staff perform the many administrative tasks necessary to maintain camp’s smooth operation. You will perform various clerical jobs like filing, data entry, photo management, taking and delivering messages, sorting and passing out mail, and much more. As a part of office crew you will help us maintain good relationships with our customers.

Store Crew

As part of Store Crew, you will experience the retail side of Eagle Lake. You’ll work in the camp store selling all kinds of snacks and merchandise to campers and staff during their free time. You will help our Store Manager organize stock, inventory, place orders, and perform various other tasks around camp.

6:00    2nd Dinner 
7:00    Crew Dinner & clean up
8:00    Evening Activity (worship, speaker, games, hang out, etc)
10:00  Lights out
