Kitchen Crew

As a member of Kitchen Crew, you'll have the opportunity to serve hundreds of campers and staff each week. You'll gain valuable culinary experience working alongside our expert kitchen staff.  Kitchen Crew is split into two shifts: AM crew and PM crew. The AM Kitchen Crew rises early to prepare breakfast and then later prepare for lunch. Our PM Kitchen Crew prepares dinner and preps for the following day’s menu. In addition to preparing meals, there are always plenty of messes to clean up and pots and pans to scrub down.

The Eagle Lake Kitchen is equipped to serve up to 500 people per meal. You will learn the basics of the culinary arts by cooking up some camp favorites like grilled cheese and tomato soup, pizza, hamburgers, and brownies. As a member of the Kitchen Crew, you’ll help keep the entire camp running smoothly by providing delicious meals for the appetites of many hungry campers and staff.
