As a member of Horse Crew, you will assist the horse staff in running one of our most popular programs at Eagle Lake: Horse Camp. You’ll learn what it takes to manage horse camp by maintaining the barn, mucking stalls, corralling, feeding, grooming and tacking the horses, and more. Each day is filled with various tasks around the barn including trail maintenance, fence repair, and other projects. In addition to these essential tasks, you’ll also assist horse campers in preparing their horses for riding. As if this wasn’t enough, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your equestrian skills through lessons and trail rides led by our experienced horse staff.
