Can you imagine a place where high school students serve and minister with each other while developing relationships that will last into eternity? If you can then Eagle Lake Crew is for you!

Eagle Lake Crew is the most in depth discipleship program for high school students that Eagle Lake offers. Crew campers will develop a deeper relationship with Jesus, other campers, and their counselors in the midst of an exciting behind the scenes service opportunity.

The Spiritual development of our campers is extremely important to us. One on one discipleship through counselor relationships, bible studies, quiet times, prayer, worship, and so much more define their spiritual time at Eagle Lake. With a three to one camper/counselor ratio, campers have the opportunity to grow as a result of their counselor’s wisdom, leadership, and understanding of the Scriptures as they work, play, and rest together. In the midst of this growth these students will spend a majority of the day working hard at their respective jobs.

Each crew camper will spend about seven hours a day serving in their specific crew. These campers will learn about the foundational aspects of camp maintenance, food service, outdoor projects, horse maintenance, office management, and ministry to youth. These service opportunities allow camp to function in its fullest capacity. Each camper will have the opportunity to serve behind the scenes in one or more of these areas: the dining hall, the kitchen, the office, the horse barn, the grounds, and building maintenance. We serve the camp so the camp can serve thousands of kids! In the midst of this service opportunity the campers will also have time to play hard.

We offer a lot of activities to these campers that they will never forget. Hanging out together on their off time is a favorite of campers. We meet together every night for speakers, worship, prayer, night games, indoor and outdoor games, and some things that are just going to be a surprise! We also participate in weekend activities such as hiking, camping, blobbing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, big team games, competitions, rock climbing and so much more…

Come and Serve at Eagle Lake!
