From Every Walk of Life… to Every Campus in America!

People from every walk of life are leading Navigator campus ministries – impacting students – on campuses all over America. Business professionals, fire fighters, military personnel, professors, teachers, homemakers, and students themselves are campus leaders. NavFusion, formerly called the Campus Leadership Network (CLN), is a network of Navigator collegiate ministries where the leaders are not on staff with The Navigators, but who hold true to The Navigators’ vision.
Our desire is to discover the laborers that God has already placed near a campus.  Our goal is to resource and empower them to start a spiritual reaction on their campus – to reach, teach, multiply, and send laborers into the harvest. We connect campus leaders with other Nav campus ministries in the region, both NavFusion and staff-led campuses. We keep those leaders in the communications loop, and offer developmental opportunities and coaching. Campus leaders, the great majority being volunteers, are the key to the success of NavFusion. In Moses’ time, volunteers built the temple. Under Nehemiah’s leadership, volunteers rebuilt the city walls.

In Moses’ time, volunteers built the tabernacle. After Jesus walked the earth, volunteers helped build the church. Volunteers have also been part of the fabric of the American experiment from the beginning. They’ve employed their time, talent and treasure to change society and advance the kingdom of Christ. In fact, in the late 1800’s, American student volunteers were the impetus behind the first foreign missionary movement in America. Young men and women, ignited by God’s Spirit and His Word, answered the call to serve overseas in amazing ways. Volunteers have been advancing the kingdom for centuries. Volunteers, who make up the huge majority of NavFusion campus leaders, are the horsepower behind most NavFusion ministries.
Then there are also a few partnerships with college pastors and members of other campus ministries who also serve as NavFusion campus leaders. Whether volunteers or ministry partners, NavFusion campus leaders are part of the fabric of the movement of American student ministries. God’s Spirit is calling men and women of all ages to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ among the students of America. These campus leaders are answering the call. Our dream is to see God move in the lives of students all across this nation and you can be a part.
People of all stages and ages are leading ministries:
•   Men and women
•   Couples and singles
•   Students, recent grads, young couples, busy parents, empty nesters and retirees
•   People in the community, professors, staff with other campus ministries and churches

Is there a sense of God calling you to campus ministry? Do you have a vision to raise up generations of laborers?
