How to make payments towards your National Conference registration:

Final payment is due by September 30th.
  1. Clarification:  You are responsible to go back in and make additional payments towards your conference registration. This does not happen automatically.

  2. Question: Do you need to raise the limit on your P-Card?...not only for the conference registration, but also for covering your housing costs?  If so, contact your Mission/Department administrator.

  3. To make additional payments follow these directions:
    • Go back into the registration system – on the first page click the button for “Existing Registration” and enter your e-mail address.

    • The next page will ask you for a password. If this is your first time re-entering the registration system click the button that says “Forgot Password” and the system will automatically e-mail you a password.

    • Enter that password. You will then be taken to a page that gives you a variety of options (i.e. editing your information and making payments). 

    • Follow the process from there!

Who Is Invited?

We are excited to announce that the 2007 Conference is not only open to all Navigator staff and spouses but also to our volunteer ministry stakeholders. 

These stakeholders are an important part of our Navigator family and faithfully partner with us in seeing The Navigator Calling move forward in our cities/communities, and on military bases and campuses across the U.S.  Please be sure to let these valuable people know about the conference, and that they are invited! We look forward to a huge family celebration in St. Louis!

Deposit:
  $100 per person due at Registration. Final payment due no later than September 30, 2007.

Meals:

The following meals/breaks are included in the conference registration:
  • Thursday evening dinner
  • Friday/Saturday morning coffee breaks
  • Friday/Saturday/Sunday box lunches
  • Sunday morning continental breakfast
  • Friday/Saturday/Sunday dinners
Breakfast:  Friday and Saturday morning breakfasts are “on-your-own.”  Options are:
  • Room service
  • Fourth Street Grille restaurant (they have a large breakfast buffet)
  • A “no-host” coffee/pastry bar will be available near the main meeting room

Children and Child Care:

This conference is programmed for adults only (nursing infants are the exception). There will be a “Mother’s room” with television monitor during the plenary sessions. 

Cancellation Policy: 

There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee per person. Following that, a conference registration may be cancelled through September 30, 2007, without additional penalty. Due to pre-conference contractual obligations an additional 50 percent penalty will be incurred for cancellations received on or after October 1, 2007. All cancellations must be received in writing. All no-shows will be charged the full amount due to conference contractual obligations.

Hotel Reservations:

To receive tax exemption on your hotel room, you must use your Navigators P-card. Copies of the tax exemption form will be available at the hotel front desk for you to use at check-in.  Click here for Hotel Reservations

*To find out your P-Card limit, you may look at your P-Card statement (it will be at the upper right side of the first page).  You may also phone the Customer Services Desk at 1-866-568-7827 or 719-594-2327.  They will be able to get that information for you.
