NOTE:  Both the Millennium and the Hilton Hotel room blocks are now full. We have negotiated 20 more rooms at the Drury Hotel for the National Conference.  If you have not yet made your room reservation, please do so ASAP!  This hotel is across the street from the Millennium.

Overflow Housing ~ Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark:

There’s been a great response to the conference (over 1,200 registrants), and the Millennium Hotel is now full. We’re making arrangements with the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, just one city block away, for overflow housing. If you haven’t contacted Christine Weddle requesting room reservations, please read the following information on overflow housing.

Reservations:

Beginning Monday, August 20, you may contact the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark directly at (877) 845-7354 to make a room reservation for The Navigators. The contracted room rate is $109/night/room.

Have your P-Card or credit card handy to secure your reservation. Navigator staff will need to use a P-Card in order to be eligible for tax-exempt status. A copy of the Missouri Tax Exempt form has been provided to the hotel.

Reservations for dates prior to and following the main conference are subject to room and rate availability.

Early Departure:

 If you decide to check out before your scheduled checkout date, and you do not let the hotel know ahead of time, a early departure fee of 50% of one nights room will be charged. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Parking:

Parking charges at the Hilton are as follows: $21.00 for overnight parking and $14.00 for daily parking. Self-parking is located across the street at the Stadium East parking garage and the open-air lot (prices may vary).

Metro:

the Metro station is one city block from the Hilton.
