Move to one of our cities, find a job and start your career...with friends.
Most will graduate, find “the job,” move wherever, and strive to make it. If you will soon find yourself in this situation, or are already there but able to make a move to one of our cities, City Life could be for you. We are inviting you to pick a city first, find a good job (internships available in select cities) and allow us to walk alongside you as you step into this next phase of life. It’s your career and your interests, whether that’s doing your job well and getting to know people at work or jumping into an ethnically diverse urban experience. Our interest is helping you discover more of who you really are and more of God’s beauty, majesty & mission in the middle of this chaotic, exciting time.
You will join others in their twenties for a year of knowing and being known, living and discipling with friends who love our Lord and among those yet to experience Jesus. You commit time and heart. We commit to helping you in three key areas:
- Christ – He is first…always. Advance in your trust & enjoyment of Him – even as you discover new ways to let Him fuel your passion and hope in this next phase, filling you to overflowing as He expands His Kingdom and fame!
- Community – Advance in the risk and reward of authentic relationships among young, energetic friends journeying together. Organically converse the Gospel right where you are, convinced God is at work!
- Career – Advance in a Biblical view of vocation and work, living with an eye on the Kingdom in the midst of whatever tasks God has set before you.
You will learn and grow in these areas through raw life experience, small groups, sharing with peers and the input of experienced mentors. But to do this you will need to commit to being vulnerable and available - intentionally living close to one another in one of our cities.
Yes, it’s a risk. And it’s not for everyone. But if you want help in taking with you the life-giving movement of Christ that you experienced on campus, we’d love to get beside you.
